Crimson Pipeline, L.P. and its affilliate Crimson Gulf, LLC, are privately-owned pipeline companies ("Crimson").

Crimson Pipeline, L.P. was formed in 2005 and operates approximately 700 miles of pipelines, mostly located in Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County, California.

Crimson Gulf, LLC was formed in 2012 and operates nearly 500 miles of pipelines in offshore Gulf of Mexico.

Crimson maintains offices in Long Beach, Santa Paula, and Bakersfield California and in Houma, Louisiana. The Bakersfield office is the location of our state-of-the-art 24-hour Pipeline Control Center. Our corporate office is located in Denver, Colorado.
